Given that Christians have been killing and torturing each other for about 2,000 years over what constitutes "Correct Christian Values." I suspect an argument in court could last nearly as long.

I don't think its unreasonable to expect applicants to have a pulse either, so I doubt those guilty would be eligible to apply.
