Compulsory Mediation

Compulsory Mediation

I think I read somewhere that ; if a case concerning a lease dispute is being brought to the court then it will order compulsory mediation before further proceedings. Is this correct ?

No, I don't think so, although you will find that mediation is strongly encouraged.

Basically if it is a matter which the FTT has the jurisdiction to hear the court will transfer it.
