Time needed - getting evidence

Postby veritas2409 » Fri Jun 24, 2016 1:00 pm

Hi

Really struggling with a section 8 application , which seems to limit me to requesting evidence that the CPS have but how do I go about getting evidence the police have refused to provide. Since the mags case , via a subject access request , I have discovered 3 statements and 3 exhibits that were never disclosed

Thanks in advance

A court order?

The CPS are under no obligation to provide further disclosure once proceedings are concluded.

Have you had a look at the Criminal Procedures and Investigations Act 1996
