I agree. Rather more tasteful, and pertinent, too than some of the rather tasteless input into this thread.
With Brexit and the US election, the political thinking of the voters in the western world has changed radically - and for the better - in 2016. We'd better all get used to it and stop living in the past. Brexit is going to happen. Trump is the President of the USA. The EU's coffin is slowly being prepared for its funeral pyre, and Europe will be a better place once that conflagration takes place. The United Kingdom looks forward to a bright future - no longer being shafted by the EU - with or without Corbyn and Sturgeon.
The results of the national elections in the Netherlands, in France and in Germany in 2017 are going to be interesting, with their lame-duck political leaders fighting for their own survival. Personally, I hope that Angela Merkel decides to seek a 4th term. I see that Napoleon (Hollande) is enjoying the lowest popularity of any French president since WW2.
