Dare I ask where the Brexit Department has published the UK's position papers?

Only you can answer that. If you do, then I don't expect the answer is any worse than you imagine.

As far as I have been able to determine, they have been published to the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of the Leopard.”
If I find them anywhere more accessible, then I will be sure to let you know, and indeed, I will go now and ask somebody who might know...

I'm told they are playing it by ear...
Only written "position" anyone I know has found is on citizens' rights: http://www.eucitizensrights.campaign.gov.uk
And to inspire you with confidence, my browser shows:
The owner of www.eucitizensrights.campaign.gov.uk has configured their web site improperly...
