The impression is given that you have not read the article in the OP's link, and that you have not read the White Paper.

I haven't read it either... I've heard it suggested that it was written by a ten year old, so it should be fairly short on long words?

Someone has made a website and got a domain name. No suggestion in the domain name that it has any official status. Thank you.
