gid, you got the wrong end of the stick! dls meant that you should ask whichever body is referring you to that case and seeking to rely on it against you.

Ah, okay. As a lay person, do I have to ask a legal professional for it if I might want to rely on it against some body else?

You could ask a law library if they can get you a copy (for a fee).

It looks like I might be able to access it (for free) through the Library of the University I graduated from some years ago.

You should just ask the person who wants to use it against you to provide a copy. It would be impolite of them not to assist.
