I just read the summary of Lockley v National Blood Transfusion Service at this link

Is the entire judgement on-line?

It appears to me that the Legal Aid Board had an interest in the matter that went beyond Lockley's own case and I hope to find out whether:
(1) the Legal Aid Board was separately represented in the proceedings;
(2) the Claimant's solicitor kept the Legal Aid Board fully informed throughout; and
(3) the Claimant's solicitor had a duty to keep the Legal Aid Board fully informed throughout.

No, the judgment is not available for free on-line. It was reported both by All England and the WLR.

Sorry, but that is probably as much as you will get for free.

You will see that it was reported in both the All England and Weekly law reports. You may very well be able to persuade a solicitor client with access to either to copy it for you.
