BBC Bias

Postby Russell » Tue Jun 21, 2016 1:19 pm

I'm really shocked by the sheer volume of anti-eu articles on the BBC. The BBC is my main source of news and there has been an ever increasing stream of anti-eu propaganda but today is taking the biscuit. I cannot believe I'm funding such bias. Doesn't the BBC charter say they should be neutral? Is there anything that can be done about it because I don't fund political causes its against my religion.

You are at liberty to stop watching TV and not pay your TV license.

Umm I don't have the TV plugged into an aerial. So if I didn't watch via the internet I'd not have to pay?

If you watch BBC programs then you have to pay no matter where or how you watch them. Them catching you is an entirely different matter.

If you watch live, then you have to pay. If you watch on catchup, then you don't.

PI is wrong unless the rules have recently changed.

Okay I've always been a supporter of the BBC and felt the fee was value for money. But enough is enough and I don't have a working TV aerial anyway. Thanks for the feedback, its not often you get such a simple solution.

That is a non BBC site complaining about pro EU bias. Lodge your complaint about anti EU bias with them, Russ.

Indeed it is but at the end of filling out their form there is a link to the BBC complaint website. So I did both.
