Institutional Racism

I think that a poster has suggested that this forum is institutionally racist.

I hope that it is not, but as a middle aged white male I may not be best placed to comment.

If anyone has any observations, would they please make them here, so that we can all reflect and take note.

I'm not white and I don't think the forum is Institutionally racist.

I doubt we are an institution.

We are so diverse that it does not really make sense to ascribe one such characteristic to the group.

I was somewhat surprised at Denning's post, it wasn't at all clear the point he was making nor how it was relevant, highlighting perhaps that clear communication remains an area for development.

Perhaps he could be point us to the alleged racism if he does indeed feel that way.
