You are obviously not being objective because the alleged corruption is directed at one of your judicial acquaintances.


Simple rubbish. I have never met spoken to or corresponded with any of the people involved.

Time and again judges are encouraged (rightly or wrongly) to take case management decisions which are robust and to reduce the amount of time wasted on hopeless cases. The decision you describe appears to be just such.
