Back in 2009 Ive seen this freeman argument work, the individual got thrown out of the court room by security for none payment of council tax.

There were that many cases though, I rather suspect it was forgotten about due to a resource based decision, rather than claiming he was a legal fiction!

Since then Ive heard of people getting themselves in a right financial pickle and I laugh my hat off at those who try to stop paying the mortgage and remain in the house after they have been evicted, it only ends one way and thats homelessness.

Myself Ive never needed to try this freeman stuff as I pay all my taxes and I drive like Miss Daisy on the roads never using my mobile fone.

ooh actually although not freeman and many many years ago, but not so long ago it was private company doing the enforcement, i did get done for doing 48 in a 40 zone and i named myself as the driver and said i remembered driving along that road at that time answered with rice & conolly QB414 1966 in the section where i had to choose whether to pay the fine or go to court. I did say if they wished to go to court I would request the man with the camera to be present to so i rather think again it was a resource based decision as I never got a court summons.
