The man arrested yesterday, and subsequently completely exonerated because he had proof he was out of the country at the time, was apparently originally arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

how were her injuries in line with ABH/GBH ?

She was pushed and fell, though I still question the push from the footage I've seen. What you can't argue, is that a normal innocent person would have stopped if it had been an accident.

From the footage I have seen, the push, with both hands, seems clear.
