Im trying to speak to someone who knows what hes talking about, thats why I signed up here.

I doubt very much indeed that the person you spoke to is a solicitor if he has given the answers you say he has. Why are you speaking to him?

He just interjected on another forum I frequent.
I have done my best to get a straight answer from him and asked him to back up his claims with the links to some relevant legislation.
Im pretty sure if what he says is true its written down somewhere, as yet, no evidence.

I think so to, I wanted to test the water to see if there was a grain of truth in anything he said.

Maybe I should get the site admin where hes posting to get him to confirm his details to them so he cant keep passing himself of a solicitor illegally?
