Fine. But the contract appears to have been with the Cypriot entity. The words about the UK company are, on the face of it, meaningless.

To me the idea of social trading is flawed. People take positions and then fake news the market to drive profit.

that happens despite regulation. There is a well known investment social media company that pops up articles whenever you search, they are normally complete garbage. Then you read the little footnote.. "the author is currently shorting stock xyz."
