Blacks Law Dictionary

Am a law undergraduate looking for an unwanted copy of Black's Law Dictionary. Does anyone here have one for sale?

Where are you studying law that requires that law dictionary? Does your university library not have a copy?

And why do you need this particular law dictionary and not any other?

This is why: https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Freeman_on_the_land
Freeman on the land, also known as FMOTL, FOTL, "Footle" or simply freeman, is a form of pseudolegal woo in various English-speaking countries. Freemen believe they can opt out of being governed, and that what normal people understand to be "laws" are merely a form of "contract" that applies only if people consent to it. In short: saying a few magic incantations super-secret legal phrases will get you out of anything!
A lot of freeman ideas revolve around bizarre interpretations of entries in Black's Law Dictionary — a favourite reference for freemen — and inventing or seeing distinctions where there are none to support their beliefs (such as "policeman" versus "police officer," "understand" versus "stand under," words in CAPITALS having a different legal meaning to those in lower-case, etc.). A lot of pareidolia with words and concepts is used to derive and justify ideas in freeman theory.[my emphasis]

The OP may have a perfectly good reason for wanting to obtain this tome, but it is generally only referred to by loonies and purveyors of pseudolegal garbage. Hence my suspicions.

Would a FMOTL need a law book, with the principle of causing no loss, harm, or injury I would think that quite easy to learn.

We do not promote or assist the dangerously misguided freeman theories.

That is quite a serious allegation. Do you have a proper basis for it?
