Court documents.

Postby Earl » Fri Sep 30, 2016 5:03 pm

Hi,
Is it possible to find filed court papers online for public access. My searches seem to say you can but I cannot find a way to do it.
Thanks
Earl

Not online. A system was introduced a few years ago making documents filed at court accessible publicly, but it would be a waste of resources to put them online.

Judgments of cases in higher courts and tribunals tend to be available online.
