but back to the original questions regarding me suing the land registry. No the charge was not correctly executed, hence why the reason the BPF had to go into liquidation, as per their statement of affairs and the collins case.

it was just never pleaded to the judge in my case because who on earth would have considered it without the help of the office of fair trading. it was a property not a bottle of washing up liquid purchased in a supermarket, or a ppi claim sold by a door to door salesman.
