Expiry notice

Does any further notice have to be given in regard to an offer which expressly stated to last for a fixed term?
or simply falls away

i.e " This conditional contract will expire on xxxx"

It is not possible to give a reliable and definitive answer on the scant information provided.

A conditional contract is NOT an offer.

Advice should be sought from a suitably qualified person who is shown all necessary documents. You have already been told that.
