Unplanned overrun with prostitute?

Unplanned overrun with prostitute?

This man died whilst having sex with a prostitute and they became stuck together, would she have a claim against his estate if the agreed time overran?

Or more generally what can or can't you be billed for post death?
If you can't talk about the problem, how are you ever going to even start talking about the solution?

Did she do an appropriate risk assessment before undertaking the activity? It's more likely that the family would have a claim against her...

I'm sure most law students have come across the (Irish?) case of the failure to sue a prostitute for catching a dose of the clap because the action was not ..... (can't remember the term used) but in essence the act was not proper/honourable....... so no action could flow from it.

Perhaps the law of contract may follow the same tack.

On a more liberal approach he was clearly guilty of kidnap except as deceased no action could be taken against him. She on the other hand was obviously involved in manslaughter then necrophilia.

The possibilities seem endless but I fear I have already gone too far.

You guys all overlook that this occurred in another jurisdiction; the laws of the People's Republic of China will apply.

Is this one of life's exoeriences that the OP wishes to try?

The crime might be recorded as a stick up.

Chinese are not known for being well hung. Do pubic hairs get rigamortis? Velcro springs to mind.

In some, non-Chinese circles, it might constitute arbitrary detention
