Not for human consumption

Not for human consumption

Postby Frosty Toes » Fri Oct 20, 2017 8:46 pm

Hi guys,

Very briefly I've been treating my hair loss for 20 years now with a formula of my own devising. It's basically homogenized minoxidil, copper peptides, azeilic acid, biotin, tretinoin, in an alcohol/glycerin vehicle.

Over the years I've had a few guys ask me to make this for them and post it which I have done. They keep coming back for more and more people are asking to the point I could make this a business if I wanted to.

I've done some reading and apparently it falls under the borderline category of cosmetic as it's a physiologically affecting substance for human use which basically means it's dodgy.

Bottom line.. if I put "Not for human consumption" on the bottles or "for research purposes" am I in the clear? When I say clear I mean, plausible deniability in the clear.

Cheers

I have so many questions...
God - "I have made Mankind!"
Angels - "You screwed up a perfectly good monkey is what you did. Look at it. It's got anxiety!"

No. That will not put you in any kind of "clear".

Do your research and be patient.
We've been promised a bonfire of regulations and all manner of free trade agreements: in a few years we should be able to sell anything to anybody. :?
Take me to your lizard...
