I thank you all. I am finally persuaded.

We have local candidate for whom I have the greatest respect. That he has little chance is, I think, beside the point. I would trust him to do the right thing.

And you assume that she doesn't on the basis that she has abandoned a party that has demonstrated a total lack of those qualities.

There is nothing in itself wrong with flying a flag of convenience.

We tend to judge their chances on the number of votes last time around. If nobody ever voted for the no-hopers, then we'd never get any change.

None of the parties whose leaders participated in the 7 way debate has demonstrated a TOTAL lack of those qualities.

All parties have good qualities; there are things about each that I like and dislike. In voting, we each have to find what is the best fit for us. No doubt someone who wants to be active in politics has to make a similar decision.

Yes ok. That absolute slipped past my guard.
All parties have good qualities; there are things about each that I like and dislike. In voting, we each have to find what is the best fit for us. No doubt someone who wants to be active in politics has to make a similar decision.
