If I level criticism at the infographic, am I going to get accused of being petty and pedantic?
Probably, but I'll do it anyway: it shows "the life of a European Court Case" as "Bringing a case" > sift > "Going to full judgment", but I understand that between the last two stages, many cases go to a so called "friendly settlement".
