If budgeted costs are below a certain level, only the summary page is required. And no, I cannot remember what that certain level is, other than that it is in the region of £20,000 or so.

Summary page £88,000,

What I don't get is incurred - pre action costs and issue statement may was approx. £4,000 May 17. Tt then appears that end of September to be £8,000 incurred .Plus a further 3.5 thou to be estimated

However, my question for the day is:
After the CMC who writes up the Order. I guess it is the claimant and is approved by the defence.

Sorry I lied,
Costs budget of the defendant doubled from May to September, I am assuming that this is a tactic, i.e. go in hard and argue, you may get concessions, especially when the barrister and solicitor on the other side have already demonstrated that they are unprepared and inefficient?

In respect of the question that has been asked, practice varies between courts.
