I know there are daily court listings but is there a repository of future court listings?

The listing of cases is a very difficult process, and whilst som elistings are fixed ahead of time, there is so much daily change, that any prediction more than a few days ahead is useless.

For the supreme court: a list of cases to be heard over the next few weeks, but not the exact dates:

Thanks all

one other thing, our solicitor has advised the petition has been issued, but it has yet to be served because it is with the judge for direction. Perhaps I am wrong here as I know little of legal procedure but does that mean the judge will state the date of hearing within the petition before it is served upon the defendants or does it mean something else?

How long does it take from being issued to being served? Am I asking for the length of a piece of string?

Thanks

S994 petitions are issued with some standard directions and a first hearing date that is usually 6-8 weeks later.

Won't your solicitor be dealing with service?

Yes of course. Our solicitor updated us last evening and I've not had their response to our query yet so I thought I'd ask here.

I don't know why but I'm excited but It all

Your solicitor knows what is going on. We don't.

I know, but you gave me a pointer on what to expect regarding timescales for the initial hearing.

Yes, but that doesn't mean I can tell you the exact date, time and location.
