Hi,
Just a quick one, when should a chronology be submitted to the Court?

Whenever there is a hearing of any substance, be it an interim/procedural hearing or a final trial hearing. A timeline is useful for the judge trying quickly to get a grasp of what the case is about.

Look at the links in this post. Some of the guides may be helpful.

Would you consider the first hearing CMC, a hearing of substance, to have to produce a chronology.

Look at the rules in the CPR for the track your case is allocated to or likely to be allocated to.
