You can obtain a copy of the will from the Probate Registry.

"If not, then the residuary beneficiaries are entitled, and it is for them, not the executors, to decide whether to do this."

Are you saying the the beneficiaries are entitled to copy of the will and it's the beneficiaries who can decide whether to send copies out?

Many Thanks

Think I've sussed it out now. The residuary beneficiaries are the people that have the say in what is done with the contents, if it hasn't been left to any other person or organisation. Is this correct ?? Please confirm that I have now understood this.

So I've got to wait until after probate to get a copy of the will? As my sister is refusing to give a copy to me and my daughters who are all named in the will, as she eventually confirmed on the third attempt. And withdrawn the offer of any personal items.

Geeze it's never easy!!

Within families it often appears to be a case of six of one and half a dozen of the other.

Your ? key is sticking. Have you tried WD40?
