I'll just say this again.

But I need to backtrack on a point that I think Atti and I agreed on: it cannot be argued that the company made the decision by forwarding the letter and at the same time say:

If we get to an IT we'll argue the point and yes HL I see where you are coming from because I had the same thought. However they did say they agreed with the decision and communicated it so that will be their get out.

It will be interesting to see who hears the appeal and who makes that decision.
