I have always thought that when there is concealment Time Limit can be postponed?

Also, when someone lied then it will be in the Interest of Justice to hear the new evidence.

Please, I'm just trying to understand the Law not to advise the OP

If the two staff can testify, wouldn't the Tribunal be willing to listen?

You are thinking of the exceptions to Limitation periods where the defendant has concealed the facts that give rise to a cause of action.

The OP has said that the Employment Judge said that the new evidence would have made no difference to the result.

Possibly not the same thing but I seem to recall reading somewhere that perjury in a court is not prosecuted of that perjury would not have given rise to a different verdict. Just thought I'd chuck that in. No idea of it's correct, but that never usually stops me.
