If you declare yourself banktupt and after doing so you get sued for an event which happened before you bankruptcy will this prevent the new judgement from being enforced against you.
if not
can you declare yourself bankrupt a second time while still registered bankrupt.

No claim may be pursued in respect of a bankruptcy debt. See s 281 Insolvency Act 1986.
