question about county court claims

question about county court claims

Postby megaman » Sun Jan 01, 2017 4:22 pm

Is it possible to make a county court or high court claim without the claimants address being provided to the defendant?

If no what can be done in situations where the defendant is likely to be a physical threat to the claimant?

You can ask the court to not disclose it.

Does a reason have to be given.
if yes
Is any evidence required to support it.

The reason you gave here would seem to cover it. More than that I cannot help you with: I would not expect my experience in this matter to be typical or helpful.

The court would need some proper convincing.
