Meanwhile, back on topic, the central theme of that case appears to be about what a normal, reasonable person would identify as risk.
Applying that test to the question on the table does not appear to help the decision makers.

You can search for a case report by citation in BAILII

You can of course also just search in Google. Using the quote marks finds the case directly (and as you might expect, and I might hop, and as HL has found - it brings you very close to home.

And swarb.co.uk case summaries usually contain a link to a full report (certainly of more recent digital era cases).

Without the quotes, it was less helpful: found some articles referencing the case, but not the case itself.

I amwondering when someone will suggest that workhouses may be the way forward.
