If, in a Private Limited Company, a director acts within his powers and does nothing fraudulent can he be sued personally by another Company director for the consequences of any decisions taken ?

Let's assume the OP means sued successfully. This may be possible in some circumstances.

We are given no clue what might have given rise to this question.

Thanks I appreciate all of the replies. However, if I give too many details - there are many factors - it will probably be going beyond the scope of the forum and seeking advice. I do try to be good.

Also I wouldn't want to make the case identifiable to anyone who may come to the site.

Thanks again
