No its not an adult version of Jim'll Fix It. Why would someone have directorship of a company for 1 day?
If you can't talk about the problem, how are you ever going to even start talking about the solution?

Most likely. You can buy an off-the-peg shell company pretty easily, someone creates it and then passes it over to you.
