Will try a half swim tomorrow at 7, and a bit more running.

Didn't swim last week, but did try this morning. All kicks, some sculling and breastsroke (granny style).

It was far better that I expected, but my one attempt at freestyle stopped after one wrong arm pull.

Oi! My granny taught me to swim!

I remember tearing my rotator cuff. It took a long time to heal. Steroid injections helped.
