Que?

Why would anyone want to do that?

We like chasing around the woods and up and down streams and broken paths in the pitch black.

OK perhaps (just) there lies the little problem . .

Remember, you can still use a vacuum cleaner perfectly well with one arm. And plunge the cafetiere. ;)

I prefer to run in the dark.

IIRC, this is not the first incident you've had while running in the pitch black...

I went, but the specilist shoulder surgeon slipped on the ice this morning, and his list was cancelled.

I had the op last Saturday. The bone was healing so part of the operation was for it to be rebroken.

My wound seems fine, but I am still in pain. It seems worst at night unless I get into(and stay in) an exactly correct position.
